The juice aged, from crush to bottle, in French oak barrels for 12 months after open top fermentation. The bottling took place in September 18, 2007. The case production is 1500 cases. The wine maker for our 2004 Pinot Noir was Megan McGrath.

The alcohol content is 14.4%. The juice was aged, from crush to bottle, in French oak barrels for 17 months after open top fermentation. The bottling took place in February of 2007. The case production is 400 cases. The wine maker for our 2005 Pinot Noir was Steven Canter.
