This is a delicate and fragrant style of Pinot Noir with great aromatics featuring soft, velvety tannins and vibrant fruit. On the palate, cherry, strawberries and raspberry are supported by hints of white pepper and baking spices. Light-bodied and bright, it has a very soft finish.

Pair with lamb, salmon, pork, and chicken dishes.
